Enjoy the Resort Lifestyle in this beautifully furnished, 3 bedroom 2 bath Ko Olina Kai rental. This is a perfect property for business travelers or long term vacation renters. The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed and master bath has dual sink and walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including a laundry center, linens and kitchenware. The lanai has a nice seating where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. This home is within walking distance to Ko Olina’s championship golf course and many excellent restaurants and shops. Wander down to the famous Ko Olina lagoons for a brisk walk along the paved beach path or simply relax in the sun and sand. The Ko Olina resort is known for having everything you need at your fingertips, so sit back, relax and enjoy the resort lifestyle! Note: • Oahu's zoning laws require this home to be a minimum 29-night rental. • Electricity Usage $450/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $450. • 29 night minimum per association rules. • $1000 Refundable Deposit (In addition to the total rental amount, a $1000 hold will be placed on your card upon check in and will be released no more than 14 days after departure if no damages are found) • 2 Assigned parking for standard or compact vehicles only. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. • Ko Olina Kai does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles. I came for work and could not ask for a more relaxing place to come home to. Great restaurant and bars close by. Great pool and hot tub. Will definately stay here again.

Always a very welcoming atmosphere. Jack and Debbie are awesome and made us feel at home from the moment we got in. The unit has everything needed to make one comfortable in vacation. Beach is nearby and so are the many restaurants at Ko Olina Station and nearby hotels. A short ride from Waikiki, the unit offers the bliss of Ko Olina and buzz of downtown which meets everyone's vacation plans. Lagoons are awesome with many fun activities.
